Here are some of the questions we are asked frequently. If you have a query that’s not show, please contact us.

When will my item be delivered?

All plain wedding ring orders will be delivered within 3-5 days. Patterned and Diamond Set Rings will be delivered within 10 working days.

Our Personalised collection usually take between 5 and 10 days depending on the item.

If you require your order by a certain time, please let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

What is your refund policy?

We will happily refund or exchange any order within 30 days of purchase. This does not include any personalised, bespoke or engraved products unless there is a fault with the product.

We will not accept returned items that are shipped, improperly packaged, or uninsured. All returned items will be reviewed for any damage, wear, alteration, engraving, or resizing that occurred after the item was shipped to the customer.

If an item is accepted for return (or an order is cancelled), The Online Jewellers will issue a full refund, exchange, or credit within 14 business days. Payment made via credit card will be credited back to the account.

My ring doesn’t fit. What should I do?

In order to avoid this common problem, we suggest you first order our free ring sizer- it only takes a day or two to get to you. If you have already ordered and the ring doesn’t fit, please get in touch and we will do our best to exchange this for a suitable size.

Can I order a ring in half sizes?

Yes, we offer all our rings in half sizes.

My size is not listed. Can you do larger sizes or smaller sizes.

Yes, since we manufacture our own products, we are able to accommodate special requests. We can supply rings ranging from F all the way to Z+7. Please get in touch, if you require more info.
